On the odd occasion where she has needed to reschedule she has let me know in advance and we have worked together to flex her schedule to ensure she visits asap. Karylene is good and efficient, she usually finishes the whole house within an hour and a half. I pay for two hours but can't find anything else for her to do. Although I know if I did, she would be more than happy to complete that task too. I know you offer 3 hours a fortnight service, but she would still be finished within 2 hours, so a more flexible service would be an advantage to me.
