During these uncertain times many of our clients are isolating and unable to carry out many basic tasks that normally would have been possible.
We've temporarily introduced some additional services that should help all of our clients through this stressful time and ensure our loyal and faithful cleaner workforce have continued income to help them through this. The following services can be requested of your cleaner at any time:
Our cleaners can do your shopping to make sure you have all the essentials (assuming availability). The cleaner would come to you, collect the list and money and return with your goods.
Our cleaners can collect your washing, take it home with them to wash and iron it & return to you the following day.
If you're self isolating and have a pet we can ensure it gets the exercise it needs. Our cleaner would collect your pet, take it out for a walk and then return it to you. Please note: you will have to make sure that your pet insurance covers this.
After you submit your enquiry you can leave it to us to find and provide you a suitable local cleaner.
We'll then provide you the option of meeting the selected cleaner so that you can show them what you'd like doing each cleaning visit and ensure you like the cleaner. As we send you the same local cleaner for each scheduled cleaning visit we like to make sure our clients are happy from the very start. You can change your cleaner at any time for any reason and we can also provide a temporary cover cleaner in the event your regular cleaner is unable to attend, just contact our office.

From £11.50 per hour
This is simply a one-off home cleaning service carried out by one of our reliable local cleaners, and can be booked in for between 2-6 hours on a single day.
One-off cleans can vary in length based on the size and current condition of your home. For this reason the majority of our local customers book this service between 4-6 hours.
We require a single agency fee payment to be made to us at the time of booking, this covers us sourcing a cleaner in Uppermill and providing excellent support and insurance cover for the cleaning visit. The cleaner would be paid by yourself for each hour required on the day of the clean.
