Yes. You have an answer machine for days when you are out of office. It would be most helpful if you would listen to the messages when the office is manned. Luckily my problem was dealt with in good time and very ably by the person I eventually spoke to but if my message had been received earlier it would have been of great help to me at a difficult time.
