Natalia is the very best cleaner we have ever had . Not only is her work excellent in every respect ,but she constantly and consistently goes above and beyond what she is expected to do . There are lots of examples but as I have limited space I’ll mention just one . The cupboard under the stairs was totally disorganised and in a mess . Natalia emptied the whole cupboard and reorganised it perfectly . We didn’t ask (or expect ) her to do this . Natalia “ thinks outside the box “ and constantly comes up with ideas as to how we can organise our house more efficiently . She is amazing . Thank you for sending us such a treasure .
