The cleaner will be sent for you to interview in your own home - this allows you to get to know them and ensure we've found the right cleaner for you, as the same cleaner will visit each scheduled clean.
You can always change your cleaner at any time with our regular service and the cleaner can securely hold onto one of your house keys should you want your home cleaned while your at work or simply just out of the house.

It took a while to find me a cleaner, but since you have the service has been fantastic. To begin with, Kelly is absolutely lovely and does a fantastic job here - she absolutely goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to have in the house. I also like that the payment system is straightforward and I have the transparency of knowing how much goes to the agency and how much direct to Kelly. And finally, I really appreciate the fact you have a staffed admin office, which means it is easy for me to get in touch if needed - e.g. recently when I needed to let Kelly know my road is partially closed.

The lady that came is brilliant and I am so pleased with her but it's really difficult to communicate with as she doesn't understand English well so it took a while for her to realise what I meant. I want to be able to leave her a note and know she'll understand. Suggest an app that interprets English into her language or something so the client doesn't have that stress. She's great though! Nice lady.
