Our regular cleans can be booked in either weekly or fortnightly. This service will be provided by a cleaner you get to choose! We have lots of cleaners, but understand that everyone has their own requirements when looking for the perfect person to clean their home. When you have found your perfect cleaner from our bank of cleaners, they will then provide the service for each clean you have!

Cleaning is a bit of a personal issue and subjective, so there isn't an universal score. I can say what works for us. The agency part works great so far. The actual person who comes to do the cleaning (in our case Samina) requires us some effort to work with. We need to be precise with instructions on what to clean, which is certainly okay, but the common understanding should be that if you see something dirty I'm expecting you to take the initiative to clean it. We had to remove things from surfaces and floors because she wasn't moving them on the side to clean underneath. I had to pay attention to the watch to make sure she was spending the full 2 hours working. In one instance, she was taking off 15' ahead without telling us. She requires cash only which I understand, but she's the only reason we go fetch cash in the house, another thing to do for us. In general I wasn't happy with the lack of energy and the constant hand-holding.
