The service is definitely expensive. For a busy household like us, you should also think of providing deep cleaning, carpet cleaning at discounted rates being a regular customer. She listens well and will clean most of my house within the 2 hours to a high standard. She's flexible with dates and we have managed to work out a great routine for fortnightly cleaning. When she's been on holiday the agency have been able to provide an alternative cleaner.
