Our experience of our first cleaner wasn't great as she was unreliable. Despite her not turning up for the last 2 weeks in December and M2C being unable to find a replacement we didn't receive a refund of the agency fee. Lynne is a complete contrast and is punctual, reliable and thorough. Fingers crossed the improvement continues

I used Maid2Clean after recently injuring my shoulder. I inquired with a few different cleaning companies and Maid2Clean called me back first. I had a cleaner for the past month. and she really does work hard and very respectful. She did all and more than I expected in the 2 hours she were here for and didn't have to be reminded where cleaning equipment were stored and remembered how I liked things to be done from the first week. I am very fussy about how I like my home and Maid2Clean met all my requirements. I'm back to good health now and am going to miss the cheerful willing young lady that Maid2Clean sent me.
