I am Martin's Aunt and Power of Attorney and both Martin and I are very happy with the service being offered. Hannah is very conscientious and she manages the situation with Martin very well. She know where to contact me if there are any issues. On the couple of occasion I have met with her she has been very amenable and acceptable of any suggestions. Martin experiences high levels of anxiety but Hannah is excellent with him and manages to interact very well with him which relieves me of many concerns.

As Martin’s Aunt and Power of Attorney I recently met with Hannah to discuss a cleaning schedule which was both suitable to her and to Martin. This was a helpful discussion as Martin had been having some difficulty in accepting a cleaner going into his house. He was present during the discussion and we came to an acceptable conclusion. I had not been to Martin’s for a while so it was lovely to go in and see the house well kept, clean and fresh thanks to Hannah’s hard work.
