More flexibility around the minimum of three hours per clean. Currently I'm paying Maid2Clean for six hours a month when I only need four hours which seems a shame as that's 26 hours of fees across the year. I appreciate it's the terms and conditions but with everyone feeling the pinch, it's off putting. I know a few neighbours who would use the service but only require two hours.
