Reliability - This is a flexible position with hours and days to suit but commitment is still mandatory and once a day and time has been agreed then these should be stuck to.
Trustworthy - As a reputable agency we need each applicant to show they are allowed to work in our customers households. We ask for ID & proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be undertaken.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will make a difference to job satisfaction. Running late or being short for time takes away from our ability to provide great customer service! Make sure you are a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you have agreed!
Detail Oriented - Did you see that spider web in the corner? A trained eye will notice every detail and ensure customer satisfaction every scheduled clean.
