Trustworthiness - As a reputable agency we need each applicant to show they're capable to work in our customers homes. We ask for ID and proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Time Management - Make sure you are a brilliant timekeeper and stick to the day you have set!
