Cleaner sought for Part time job in Aberdeen

Local cleaners sought to work in private homes in Aberdeen (and nearby areas) carrying out general cleaning and other domestic tasks. This is part-time up to around 20 hours a week, and often carried out while the homeowner is at work. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner requires. But they can include any of the following and some more:

• dusting and polishing furniture
• cleaning windows
• vacuuming carpets
• mopping floor tiles
• ironing clothes
• washing up pots and pans

For the position, you need:

• To enjoy undertaking practical tasks.
• To be dependable and hard-working.
• Have knowledge of using household cleaning equipment and materials.
• The ability to work without supervision.
• To pay attention to detail.
• To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if needed. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off blitz clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials shall be given by the client. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.
