Trustworthiness - As a reputable agency we require each applicant to show they're capable to work in our clients homes. We ask for identification and proof of eligibility for working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Time Management - Make sure you're a great timekeeper and stick to the day you have agreed!
