Reliability - This is a flexible role with hours and days to suit but commitment is still necessary and once a day and time has been agreed then this has to be adhered to.
Trustworthiness - As a leading agency we make each applicant to show they are trusted to work in our clients homes. We ask for identification & proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be undertaken.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced role cleaning from one house to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will make a difference to standards of work. Running late or being short for time takes away from our ability to provide excellent customer service! Make sure you are a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you agree to!
Detail Focused - Did you see that cobweb in the corner? A keen eye will notice every detail and ensure customer satisfaction every scheduled clean.
