Cleaner needed for Part time job in Clapham

Domestic cleaners needed to work in private households in Clapham (and surrounding areas) carrying out general cleaning and other domestic tasks. This is part-time up to around 16 hours a week, and often carried out while the homeowner is out of the house. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner requires. But they may include any of the following and maybe more:

• dusting and polishing furniture
• cleaning windows
• vacuuming floors
• mopping floor tiles
• ironing clothing
• washing up pots and pans

For the role, you need:

• To enjoy undertaking practical tasks.
• To be dependable and motivated.
• Have knowledge of using household cleaning products and materials.
• The ability to clean without supervision.
• To pay attention to detail.
• To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if required. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off spring clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials shall be given by the client. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.

Salary: £12.50 - £14
