Cleaner sought for Part time work in Burgess Hill

Local cleaners sought to work in residential homes in Burgess Hill (and surrounding areas) undertaking general cleaning and other house cleaning tasks. This is part-time up to around 16 hours a week, and often done while the homeowner is out of the house. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner wants. But they may include any of the following and some more:

• dusting and polishing furniture
• cleaning windows
• vacuuming carpets
• mopping floor tiles
• ironing clothing
• washing up pots and pans

For the position, you need:

• To enjoy doing practical tasks.
• To be reliable and motivated.
• Have knowledge of using household cleaning products and materials.
• The ability to clean without being supervised.
• To have high cleaning standards.
• To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if required. Cleaners may be asked to do a one off spring clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials shall be supplied by the customer. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.

Salary: £13 - £15
