Trustworthiness - As a reputable agency we need each applicant to show they are trusted to work in our customers homes. We ask for ID and proof of eligibility for working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Time Management - Make sure you're a excellent timekeeper and stick to the day you've agreed!
