Reliability - This is a flexible position with hours and days to suit but commitment is still mandatory and once a day and time has been agreed then this has to be adhered to.
Trustworthiness - As a reputable agency we need each applicant to show they are trusted to work in our clients households. We ask for ID & proof of legally working in the United Kingdom. We may ask for a DBS to be undertaken.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced role cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will make a difference to standards of work. Being late or being pressed for time takes away from our ability to provide great customer service! Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you agree to!
Detail Oriented - Did you see the spider web in the corner? A keen eye will see each detail and ensure customer satisfaction every clean.
