Cleaner required for Part time work in Rye, East Sussex

Local cleaners required to work in private homes in Rye, East Sussex (and other areas) carrying out general cleaning and other domestic duties. This is part-time up to around 16 hours a week, and often carried out while the homeowner is out of the house. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner requires. But they may include any of the following and some more:

• dusting and polishing furniture
• cleaning windows
• vacuuming floors
• mopping floor tiles
• ironing clothes
• washing up pots and pans

For the role, you need:

• To enjoy doing practical tasks.
• To be dependable and hard-working.
• Have knowledge of using household cleaning products and materials.
• The ability to work without being supervised.
• To have great cleaning standards.
• To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if needed. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off blitz clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials are supplied by the client. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.
