Cleaner needed for Part time work in Ripon

Domestic cleaners needed to work in private households in Ripon (and surrounding areas) undertaking general cleaning and other house cleaning tasks. This is part-time up to around 20 hours a week, and often carried out while the homeowner is out of the house. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner requires. But they may include any of the following and maybe more:

• dusting and polishing furniture
• cleaning windows
• vacuuming floors
• mopping floor tiles
• ironing clothes
• washing up pots and pans

For the vacancy, you need:

• To enjoy carrying out practical tasks.
• To be dependable and hard-working.
• Know-how of using household cleaning products and materials.
• The ability to clean without being supervised.
• To have high cleaning standards.
• To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if necessary. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off spring clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials are given by the client. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50
