Cleaner required for Part time work in Colchester

Domestic cleaners required to work in residential households in Colchester (and nearby areas) carrying out general cleaning and other house cleaning tasks. This is part-time up to around 16 hours a week, and often done while the homeowner is at work. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner wants. But they may include any of the following and maybe more:

• dusting and polishing furniture
• cleaning windows
• vacuuming floors
• mopping floor tiles
• ironing clothes
• washing up pots and pans

For the role, you need:

• To enjoy carrying out practical tasks.
• To be dependable and hard-working.
• Know-how of using household cleaning equipment and materials.
• The ability to clean without supervision.
• To pay attention to detail.
• To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if needed. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off spring clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials shall be given by the customer. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.
