Reliability - This is a flexible role with hours and days to suit but commitment is still priority and once a day and time has been agreed then these should be stuck to.
Trustworthy - As a leading agency we need each applicant to show they are allowed to work within our clients households. We ask for ID & proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be undertaken.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced role cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will really help to standards of work. Being late or being short for time takes away from our ability to provide great customer service! Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you agree to!
Detail Focused - Did you see that cobweb in the corner? A trained eye will notice each detail and ensure customer satisfaction every visit.
