Once you've got in touch with our local office we'll get to work searching for an available local cleaner for you to meet / interview, this is so that you can be sure you're compatible with the selected cleaner and to show them around your house and show them what you'd like doing each domestic cleaning visit.
For your peace of mind and for better standards of cleans we send the same cleaner for each clean, we can also arrange for your regular cleaner to hold onto a key to your house so that if you're out they can let themselves in to clean your property.
If your regular cleaner is away for reasons such as sickness or going on holiday, we can also put a substitute cleaner in place until they're able to clean again - just put in a request to our local office team.
