1. How much will these services cost me?

Our hourly rates, listed on the cleaning services page, include the cleaners wage and the agency fee, there is nothing else to pay. Rates vary depending on the area you live in and the number of hours you will need per week - the more hours you have the cheaper it gets! To get a quote all we need from you is your postcode and weekly hour requirement and what you're quoted is what you will pay.

2. Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?

Yes, of course! We appreciate the cleaner will be in your home and that personalities are often as important as cleaning standards so that is why once we have chosen a cleaner for you, we'll arrange for them to come along and meet you. You have the opportunity to approve our choice and discuss the cleaning tasks you require however since it is important you get on with your cleaner there is no pressure to accept the first cleaner we choose for you. Only once you're satisfied that you've chosen the right cleaner for you and your home, you can then mutually arrange a regular clean day and time.

3. How do you vet the cleaners?

The first step we carry out is a breif telephone interview. This allows us to get a quick assesment of the applicant. If the applicant seems suitable we will then interview them at their own home, checking their own cleaning capabilites to ensure high standards. Before we accept any application onto our database we first ask for proof of ID and reference check them. Even after applicants have been approved they are monitored throughout their time with us.

4. What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?

If you find your cleaner cannot attend for any reason please do not hessitate to get in touch with us and we will arrange for cover during the time your normal cleaner is absent.

5. Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

Our main priority is you. Therefore, if at any point you are not happy with your current cleaner, you can get in touch with us and we will arrange for a new cleaner.

6. Do I have to supply cleaning materials?

Yes, you must supply your own cleaning materials and equiptment. Our cleaners do not carry their own materials as the majority of our client base prefer to specify the cleaning substances used in their homes. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.

7. Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance.

8. Will I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.
