Is there insurance cover for your cleaners?
Our agency has
public liability insurance, which covers major damage over
£100.00 . Bleach spills are not covered and should not be used
by the cleaner.
Do I get to meet my cleaner before the first clean?
The cleaner will
call to arrange an interview at your convenience. Once you are
with your cleaner and agreed to use our services, you can
mutually arrange a regular clean day(s) and time.
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?
No, all our
cleaners are vetted and the he facility to hold your house
keys. However, for the spring clean service, we request that
someone is available on the day at the start and end of the
clean.
How does payment work?
We charge an
all-inclusive rate of between £8.50 per hour and £11 per hour,
dependant on your location, for our regular service and this
is split into two elements. The cleaners wage is paid in cash
every time they attend. The agency fee is paid direct to the
agency in advance by monthly standing order. If you require
our spring clean service, different rates will apply.
Can I specify the day and time of clean?
You can specify
the day the cleaner come Mondays to Fridays. However,
Thursdays and Fridays are the busiest days for our cleaners so
these days may not automatically be available. However, we
will make every effort to supply you with a cleaner for the
chosen day(s).
Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products
and materials?
Our cleaners do
not carry their own cleaner materials and therefore the
client’s cleaning materials are used. However, please note
that our cleaners are not authorized to use bleach and
therefore alternative products must be used.
What happens if cleaner cannot come or if I go away?
If you go away on
holiday etc and the cleaner is not require, please let us know
as soon as possible and we will inform the cleaner. You do
not have to pay the cleaner for this period. However, the
agency fees are still payable.
If the cleaner
goes on holiday, we give our clients the option to have a
replacement cleaner during this period or wait for the cleaner
to return. However, the agency fees are still payable.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service
provided by the cleaner?
We do our best to
ensure that only reliable, efficient staffs are registered
with the agency. If however, you are not happy with your
cleaner, give us a call and we will replace her within 5
working days.
