1. How much will it cost?
The hourly rates listed on our cleaning services page include both the cleaners wage and the agency fee. Rates will vary depending on both the area you are in and the reuired number of hours each week - if you choose more hours then the hourly rate drops! We only need to know your postcode and the required weekly number of hours to give you a free quote!
2. How do you vet the cleaners?
Since we take the vetting process of our cleaners very seriously we take a number of steps to check potential cleaners. The applicants are first taken through a breif telephone interview and if they seem suitable then a indepth, face-to-face interview is arranged at the applications home. Here we can asses the applicant further and inspect their cleaning abilities. We will only accept applicants onto our database once they have provided us proof of ID, an address and we have reference checked them.
3. Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
Yes! This is a very important step before your cleaner begins work for you. Once we have chosen a suitable cleaner for you we arrange for them to come and see you at your home. During this time you can discuss specific areas and jobs that you require and if you are happy you can mutually agree a start time and date for the clean to begin. Sometimes personality is just as important as the level of work, therefore, if at any point you do not feel the cleaner is the right one for you then just let us know and we can send another person over to you.
4. What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?
If your regular cleaner is absent for any reason just contact us as we can arrage suitable cover for the duration your cleaners absence.
5. Will I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?
No, our cleaners are vetted, checked and referenced and are more than happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.
6. Do I have to supply cleaning materials?
Yes, you will have to supply your own cleaning materials. Our cleaners do not carry any of their own materials or equiptment as in the the majority of cases our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.
7. Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?
Yes, of course, we have a large and varied cleaner base and we’d be happy to assign you someone different if you are unhappy for any reason. Just give us a call.
8. Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance.
