1. How much will I pay for your regular cleaning service?

Our regular hourly rates listed on the cleaning services page include the cleaners wage and the agency fee, so you can see there are no hidden costs. Rates vary depending on what area you're in and the number of hours you need per week - the more hours you have the cheaper it gets! We'll need to know your postcode and the number of hours you need to give you a free quote but you can rest assured that in total for 6 or more hours per week you won't pay more than £9.50/hour.

2. How do you process and vet the cleaners?

We carry out a telephone interview at first and if the applicant seems suitable we arrange for a more thorough interview to take place in their own home, face to face. This not only gives us opportunity to asses the cleaner but also their own cleaning standards. We require proof of ID and an address along with references and once we are completely satisfied we accept them onto our database. We constantly monitor every cleaner thoroughly for the whole time they are with us.

3. Will I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?

No. If you are happy to leave your keys with our vetted cleaners they will be more than willing to help. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

4. Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?

Of course! We understand how important your privacy and personal space is so its important you meet the person that will be cleaning your home. Personalities are often as important as cleaning standards so once you meet them and are happy they are the cleaner for your home, you can both mutually arrange a suitable regular clean day and time. It is important that you get along with and trust your cleaner so please don't feel obliged to agree to the first cleaner that you are sent.

5. What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?

If your cleaner cannot attend for any reason just give us a call and we will provide you with a cleaner to cover for as long as necessary.

6. Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cleaner you are more than welcome to give us a call and we will arrange another cleaner for you. You can find our number on the contact us page.

7. Do I have to supply cleaning materials?

Yes, our cleaners do not carry cleaning products with them as the majority of our clients prefer to specify the cleaning substances used in their homes. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned product.

8. Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance.
