1. How much will this service cost me?

You can see a breakdown of prices on our cleaning services page. This cost includes the cleaners wage and the agency fee. Rates will vary depending on the area you're in and the number of hours you require each week - the more hours you choose the cheaper it gets! We will need to know your postcode and the number of hours you require per week to give you a quote. You can see a simple breakdown of our rates on our cleaning services page.

2. Do you check/vet your cleaners? And, if so, how?

Yes, all of our cleaners are passed through a number of steps to check them out as much as possible. First we carry out a telephone interview with our potential cleaners. If the applicant seems suitable for the job we then arrange for a more thorough interview that takes place in their own home. This allows us to inspect their own cleaning standards before they even work for us. Only after taking proof of ID and address along with references do we enter them onto our database. We then monitor every cleaner thoroughly for the whole time they are with us.

3. Will I have to be at home when my home is being cleaned?

No, all of our cleaners are checked/vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

4. Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?

Yes, we know the cleaner will be in your personal space and that personalities can be as important as thecleaning standards they bring. Once we have chosen a suitable cleaner for you we will arrange for them to come along whenever is good for you and so that you can approve our choice and discuss the cleaning tasks you require. It is important that your cleaner is someone you like and trust so there is no obligation to agree to the first person you meet. Once you're completely satisfied that we've sent the right person for you and your home, you can then mutually arrange a regular clean day and time.

5. Am I covered if my cleaner can't make it or is sick?

Yes, Just give us a call and we will send you with a cleaner to cover for the duration of your cleaners absence.

6. Do I have to supply my own cleaning materials?

Yes, our cleaners do not carry their own materials as the majority of our clients prefer to specify the cleaning materials used in their homes. Please be aware that, due to health and safety, bleach is a banned substance.

7. If I'm not happy with the service can I change my cleaner?

Yes, we strive to make sure you are happy with the service you receive. We have a large and varied database of cleaner and we’d be happy to assign you someone different if you are unhappy for any reason. Just give us a call and we will sort it out for you.

8. Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance.
