This is how we've become one of the most respectable and successful home cleaning businesses in the area.

Regular Clean

This service includes all cleaning duties and ironing, tailored to your needs. You'll meet with the cleaner we select and once you're happy this person will become your regular cleaner providing a personalised service which will keep on top of all domestic duties.

Our Regular Cleaning Service is available on either a weekly or fortnightly basis, Mondays to Saturdays. The minimum hours per visit are 2.5 hours per week or 3 hours per fortnight and our current hourly rates are shown below:

This is the total hourly rate you pay – there are no hidden extras and VAT is non-chargeable! Furthermore Maid2Clean guarantees that if at any time we increase our agency fees, we will never apply any increase to existing customers.

And unlike some of our competitors, we don't ask for quarterly fees upfront or tie you into a long contract. For your convenience Agency Fees are paid monthly – so for example 3 hours fortnightly costs just £24.70 per month. And you can cancel the service at any time by giving us one calendar month's notice.

You can choose to pay Agency Fees by Direct Debit or by Credit/Debit Card at no extra cost. The cleaner is paid directly by you on the day by cash or cheque.

Why not try us for one month for just £20?

For the first month you can take advantage of our "risk-free" Trial Service for just £20! At the end of the first month you can continue the service on normal terms and prices (see above), or cancel the service without further commitment. Of course you also pay the cleaner the standard rate of £7.70 for the hours worked. Please note that this offer applies to regular clients only.

Starting a regular service is simple and hassle-free:

1. Just telephone us, or complete our on-line enquiry form, and we will be delighted to send a full Information Pack.

2. We then take payment of the £20 Trial Service Fee by credit or debit card, so that we can arrange for you to meet a prospective cleaner, without obligation.

3. After the interview, let us know when you would like the cleaner to start work and confirm the hours you require. Of course we will also answer any questions or concerns you may have at this stage.

4. At the end of the Trial Period, either return a completed Direct Debit mandate to cover our ongoing Agency Fees or set up a Credit/Debit Card Subscription.

5. The cleaner will then continue as your regular cleaner providing a personalised service to you!

Subscribe by Credit or Debit Card

You can pay Agency Fees by using any major card (except Maestro and American Express) or by PayPal. Just select the service you require, choose the number of hours required from the drop-down menu and then click on the Subscribe button. Please remember to enter the Customer Reference quoted in your Information Pack or we will be unable to match your payments.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button below, but remember that you will need to give notice in accordance with our terms.

'One-off' clean

This is a blitz clean, which is an intense spring clean. These cleans are based on a minimum of 3hrs and a maximum of 6hrs per cleaner visit. As with our regular service, the cleaner will use the client’s cleaning materials and equipment.

We offer two types of service:

Standard Service – At least 48 hours notice is required to book our Standard Service (excludes weekends). The cost is £9 per hour paid direct to the cleaner on the day, plus an agency fee of £29, payable in advance by credit/ debit card. So, for example, a 4 hour clean would cost 4 x £9 + £29 ie £65 in total.

“Fast Track” Service – Need it done tomorrow? Then use our Fast Track Service and we will guarantee to supply a cleaner within 24 hours (excluding weekends). The cost is £12 per hour paid direct to the cleaner on the day, plus an agency fee of £39.

If you need a cleaner on a Saturday please ring – we may still be able to help, subject to cleaner availability.
